Shipping policy
All orders are processed between 1 and 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of the order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Due to the volume of orders or problems with the postal service, some orders may be delayed.
Price and estimates for national freight:
For calculated shipping prices: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International freight:
Your order may be subject to import duties (including VAT), which are added at the time the order arrives in the destination country. Del Fit Store is not responsible for these charges if they apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification with the tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the order tracking information to be updated on the Post Office or carrier's website.
If you do not receive your order 7 to 15 days after receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at contact@delfitstore.com with your name and order number so that we can resolve your problem.
Refunds, exchanges and returns
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item has not been used and is in its original condition. The refund will be for the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives with any kind of damage, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@delfitstore.com, informing us of the order number and with a photo of the condition of the item.
